Dr. Rabalais is the foremost reseacher studying the growing hypoxic zone off the coast of La and TX. Dr. Rabalais and her research team are part of LUMCOM or Louisiana Universities Marine Consortium out of Cocodrie, La in Terrebonne Parish.
